This Library brings together stories, ideas, and experiences about knowledge, craft, hospitality, education, and respect for things done well. Here, the memory of those who taught us sits alongside our curiosity to understand our ingredients, the value of welcoming others, and the learning that continues to accompany the House.

We see excellence as a way of working, with no need for grand claims: learning before making assertions, caring before offering, and sharing what may be useful to others.
