P02 / The Kitchen

Chocolate can be part of everyday life.

Places, people, and circumstances change. Casa Zivit shares possibilities, leaving each visitor to decide what suits the moment.

In the Kitchen, chocolate takes shape.

White, milk, semisweet, or dark. Chunks, sticks for chocolatín, natural cocoa, or cocoa butter. Each opens up different possibilities.

  • White chocolate
  • Milk chocolate
  • Semisweet chocolate
  • Dark chocolate
  • Chocolate chunks
  • Chocolate sticks for chocolatín
  • Natural cocoa powder
  • Cocoa butter

Here, chocolate does not arrive with its final shape already decided. It can become a bar, a bonbon, a small piece, a figure, or a creation made for a particular moment.

Craft sets the necessary boundaries. Imagination decides what to do within them.

At Casa Zivit, we see the Kitchen as a place to experiment, create, and shape chocolate around an idea. Sometimes that idea begins in the House; sometimes it comes from someone imagining something that does not yet exist.

Zivit Moments

Three examples to begin exploring.

Not every moment needs chocolate. But some can hold a small glimmer. Welcome, Pause, and Celebration are a beginning, with other places, people, and occasions still to explore.

Bonbons of the House

The sixteen recipes of Casa Zivit.

Sixteen spirit-infused bonbon recipes in which chocolate meets different aromas, flavours, and contrasts. Small amounts of spirits are part of their composition, adding character and depth while allowing the chocolate to remain at the heart of each piece.

Each recipe reveals a different possibility of the Kitchen.

And the collection continues to grow. Three new recipes are currently being explored and validated.
